Bug#806213: kinit: starting up iceweasel with multiple windows/tabs sometimes causes lock-up

I applied the fix at https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/126361/
and although kwin reported crashing on start-up when loading iceweasel,
the start-up continued and I am running under that environment now.

This is possibly more a kwin issue than a kinit issue.
