Hi, thanks for your help in narrowing this down. I've been working through this problem for over 2 months and you were the first maintainer to respond to me.
Previously I'd only been able to verify that the problem did not occur under xfce, which left the whole plasma/kinit/kwin_x11 and support libraries as possible contributing factors. The problem would come and go inconsistently with different library and kernel upgrades.
If I'd had any further advice earlier about how to better isolate the problem I would have used it and hopefully been less likely to report a bug against the wrong package.
As I already asked before when you filed the same bug for Qt: have you tried creating a new user and checking if you can reproduce the bug there? iceweasel maintainers: so far I was unable to reproduce this bug. Regards, Lisandro.
