Bug#833511: Filtering by status is no longer possible

Since the upgrade to version 16, it seems to be possible to filter the
displayed entries by status.  I almost never want to show all entries
(that's over 100,000 total) and it makes Akregator much slower and
harder to navigate.  The Combined View will be completely unusable
without filtering to unread entries!

There isn't even a Status column I can sort by, so I have to make do
with sorting by Date.  This leaves broken entries with dates of 2106
above the real new entries.
