Bug#880931: qtx11extras-opensource-src FTCBFS: does not pass cross tools to qmake

qtx11extras-opensource-src fails to cross build from source, because it
does not pass cross tools to qmake. Nowadays, debhelper should be able
to do so and thus removing the override_dh_auto_configure makes the
configure step (but not the build step) succeed. This seems like a
general packaging improvement to me. Please consider applying the
attached patch and close this bug when doing so.
