Package: libkf5service-bin Version: 5.23.0-1 Severity: important File: /usr/bin/kbuildsycoca5 Dear Maintainer, when executing kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental i get the following message before it stops: kbuildsycoca5 --noincremental kbuildsycoca5 running... Recreating ksycoca file ("/home/ullhan63/.cache/ksycoca5_de_2x4AB_2dTiTekfZ1jhaUht2cCaw=", version 303) kf5.kservice.sycoca: Parse error in "/home/ullhan63/.config/menus/applications-merged/xdg-desktop-menu-dummy.menu" , line 1 , col 1 : "unexpected end of file" The desktop entry file "/usr/share/applications/flash-player-properties.desktop" has Type= "Application" but no Exec line kf5.kservice.sycoca: Invalid Service : "/usr/share/applications/flash-player-properties.desktop" Saving I tried this command, because in plasma5 some icons are missing (i.e. the one for ksysguard, or the one for the activities in the taskbar, as well as sone icones in the systemsettings menu). Maybe I am wrong, but I think kbuildsycoca5 is the actual one, and kbuildsycoca4 is now deprecated. Thanks for any hints and help. What's the problem here? kbuildsycoca5 should build a cache file in ~/.cache/ksyscoca5 , is this file not present? Is this still reproducible for you?I'm closing this report assuming that the problem went away on it's own.
