* What led up to the situation? virtually every time while attempting to display emails, the colour of the names of all email folders in the KMail
section turns red, and the status indicator line shows:
"Unable to fetch item from backend (collection-1): Unable to contact resource"
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Attempting to display emails
* What was the outcome of this action?
I am not able to view the contents of any email
* What outcome did you expect instead?
View emails
The only way I can get kmail to start to work again is to enter "akonadictl restart"
