Bug#930566: BUSTER: Dolphin/KDE can not execute scripts

When I try to execute a script on KDE startup, it does not work. Therefore I
tried to execute it manually by clicking on it in Dolphin, but it still does
not work.

How to reproduce:

1. Create a textfile (myscript.sh)
2. Write "dolphin &" into it & save
3. Make it executable
4. Leftclick on it: KDE should ask you what to do: open / execute / cancel

Result: If choosing "execute", nothing will happen. But if you execute it on
CLI, then it works fine.

Additional info: I am using /bin/bash as shell.
