Hi! Today pabs told me about the apt:// url protocol. After reading
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AptURL#Konqueror I created those .protocol
files under /usr/share/kservices5 and Discover was launched when using the
apt://packagename url.

Can we consider adding these files? Maybe even pushing them upstream too.
