Bug#996398: libkdecorations2-5v5: experimental version is instalable and breaks unstable

I do it everyday for years. Usually dependencies are correct and sufficient. I saw à similar bug did happen with unstable and testing.

I could reverse thé question: why was this package update alone in experimental ?
