Hi,

I don't see any WNPP bugs for marknote, so it looks like you are the
first person interested in it.

However I see it requires KF >=5.240 so the build-dependencies are not
in unstable yet either.

The qt-kde team has established workflows for dealing with kde
sources, so why not come to #debian-qt-kde on OFTC
(https://wiki.debian.org/IRC) and learn about them? Then you can help
with plasma 6 and associated packaging as well, before packaging
marknote.
