   Please consider unblocking dvipng 1.9-2.

dvipng (1.9-2) unstable; urgency=high

 * Substitute tetex-base with tetex-bin in Depends (Closes: #409400)
 * debian/control: change short description to "convert DVI files to PNG
   graphics", thanks to Frank Küster for the suggestion.
 * debian/copyright: make some minor corrections
