My understanding (backed up by a quick chat with Steve earlier) is that
if kdeaccessibility is added to the task, debian-cd will attempt to add
it (and its dependencies if required) to the CD.

Depending on exactly where those new packages get positioned in the file
list, that could result in other packages which used to fit on CD#1
being pushed off.  We already have some architectures where that
happened for 6.0.3 and core packages didn't make it on to KDE CD 1.
