Do you have an apt log? I would imagine firehol depends on another package that
depends on libxtables11. But I don't see why we would want to binNMU firehol.
Maybe this is your problem:
p firehol Depends firehol-common (= 3.0.2+ds-1)
p firehol-common Depends iproute2
i iproute2 Recommends libxtables11
