Hello, I am a new Debian MATE team member.

On tzdata 2016g, the Rangoon timezone was renamed to Yangon, and
libmateweather fails to build.

It has been fixed on stretch, and this update fixes it on jessie.

        Best regards,
        Pablo Barciela
