opencv 4.1.2 has landed onto unstable. The mipsel build got resurrected
with the 3 tricks: seirla build + noopt + -gsplit-dwarf. It has finished
the build in experimental in 30 hours, so I expect similar result on
unstable. Binary packages for common architectures have already been
propagated to mirrors.
I'll shortly raise the severity of FTBFS bugs.
