Why does transition auto-jquery-rm exist?
The (libjs-)jquery and node-jquery packages used to be separate source
packages. #940975 merged them into one source package with two
binaries, but does not appear to change either binary's functionality
(other than upgrading from 3.3.1/3.4.0 to 3.5.1).
However, the transition tracker
https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/auto-jquery-rm.html
considers _any_ runtime dependency on libjs-jquery bad, and is posting
the standard "Please avoid uploads unrelated to this transition" notice
on the trackers of (presumably all 577) such packages.
Given the above, this is probably not useful: can it be turned off?
