New libwacom bumped the SONAME, but simple rebuilds should be enough for the transition,
because most of the API was not really public anyway.

nmu cinnamon-settings-daemon_5.2.0-3 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against libwacom9."

Hi Timo

I've scheduled binNMUs for cinnamon-settings-daemon and wacomtablet.

Please remember that libwacom needs a source-only upload for migration.

Graham
