Hello,

libkiwix and libzim have new major versions with SONAME bumps, requiring
a transition. Both are maintained by the same upstream and basically in
sync with each other, so it makes sense to do as one transition.

All reverse dependencies have new upstream versions as well,
which I've prepared and tested in experimental.

Ben file:

title = "libkiwix and libzim";
is_affected = .depends ~ /(libzim6|libkiwix9)/ | .depends ~ /(libzim7|libkiwix10)/;
is_good = .depends ~ /(libzim7|libkiwix10)/;
is_bad = .depends ~ /(libzim6|libkiwix9)/;

Thanks,
