After much ambiguity upstream have changed the name of a library from libgrib2c to libg2c
in version 1.6.4 (!)
So, the dev file is changing libgrib2c-dev -> libg2c-dev
and library from libgrib2c0d to libg2c0d
There are 3 dependencies: grads, ncl, pygrib which trivially build when the
B-D is changed to libg2c-dev | libgrib2c-dev
I maintain all 3 dependencies and have uploads ready to go.
