 Tested all affected packages on amd64 except Sid only ones. Failing
qtimageformats-opensource-src and gtk4 due to self-testing those; bugs
are filed with patches [1][2].
There's one package in question, hylafax which seems to have dead
upstream and low popcon [3]. It uses internal tiff constant arrays
which are no longer being exported. If the package is about to be kept
in the archives, it needs to copy those arrays to its source.
Unfortunately its package maintainers seems to be inactive with this
package at least.
