php-defaults got updated in unstable, now mapserver is BD-Uninstallable until php8.2 gets built on ppc64el & s390x which is going to take a while thanks to the massive Needs-Build backlog of binNMUs for the python3.11-default transition.
What's your plan to deal with these entanglements? Hint mapserver out of testing?
