PaulPS: while not a regression, the autopkgtest fails on armel. Have you checked why that is?
Yes, I've looked and its failing to automatically generate its PKI at startup for some reason.
I suspect the bug is somewhere deep down in JRuby but I haven't had the cycles to track it down. It's probably related to some of the 32-bit stuff that was failing in JRuby's autopkgtests, some of which was fixed in 9.4.
So my plan currently is to fix it in sid at some point by upgrading to JRuby 9.4 and puppetserver 8.
