Since I count about 30 r-bioc-* packages with direct dependencies on
r-cran-matrix, we'd rather not entangle the r-bioc* transition with
rmatrix (#1055922), so please  remove the 'moreinfo' tag once
SparseArray has cleared NEW, and rmatrix has migrated.
