* What led up to the situation?
I needed to be on the correct timezone on my container https://hub.docker.com/_/httpd?tab=description
FYI: reportbug was executed from that container.
* What exactly did you do that was ineffective)?
Changed the timezone to reflect mine (GMT+2) was ineffective
