I recently reported more info for a closed bug, wanted to reopen this.
Would it be neat to allow reportbug emails to be sent to
control@bugs.debian.org as well? Maybe this should be an expert-mode
option? For standard mode etc, it might be a nice idea to only allow
optional reopening of reports if the report the user is submitting
extra info on is makred as "resolved".

This functionality is provided by the 'bts' command in devscripts. I am 
closing this bug then, but let me know if there's something to be clarified.
