This is unfortunately not limited to rv-manda-01 and also appeared on
the other buildds, so i really doubt its a hardware issue:

It seems to be an issue with fakeroot, maybe due to the fact it got
rebuilt with gcc-13 or appeared in the newer version. It could be that
we haven't noticed it on the debian-ports archive, as most recent source
upload use Rules-Requires-Root: no.
