Ok, just a few comments (and one upload):

There still seems to be an issue with the package conflicts/breaks
according to lintian.
I: ruby-hmac: conflicts-with-version libhmac-ruby (<< 0.4.0-1~)
I: ruby-hmac: conflicts-with-version libhmac-ruby1.8 (<< 0.4.0-1~)
I: ruby-hmac: conflicts-with-version libopenid-ruby1.8 (<< 1.1.4-2)

I guess, it should be Break. Maybe it's better to reintegrate the output
of gen-ruby-trans-pkgs. Otherwise the package seems to build fine.

It seems the test suite is not run. That is, the spec files are included
by debian/ruby-tests.rb but nothing seems to happen. (I've seen this happen
in other packages.) Otherwise the package is fine.
