IMO it is enough to make the package containing the *library* part (i.e.
libruby*) multi-arch ready¹, and we don't gain much by making the
package containing the binaries (ruby*) multi-arch.

¹ so that we can cross-build native packages linked against the Ruby
  library for the host architecture.
