Dear ftpmasters,

please remove "ruby-globalhotkeys" from unstable, it's upstream
hasn't made releases in a long time and we're not sure if it still
works or not.

The 2013 upload to Debian was package maintenance only, real fixes
and so on happened the last time in 2011.
Last upstream change was in 2011.

There are no reverse-dependencies in unstable.
