I'd be in favour of this.

BTW, I noticed that there are some false positives in my list which is
basically for source packages of libraries.  We usually put user
applications (so <lib>-utils or <lib>-tools) packages in the tasks and
libfoo-dev packages into *-dev tasks.  My query contained some source
packages where the libfoo-dev package was properly put into one of the
available tasks and thus no action is required.  In a most probably
necessary second round I will try to clean up this.
