Please add ros packages to robotics tasks



Hi maintainers of robotics related packages,

I'm trying to prepares Debian Science meta packages and when doing so I
tried to check what Debian Science packages are not yet categorised.  I
realised that no binary package out of the source packages

is mentioned in Debian Science tasks but it seems that these should be
mentioned in the tasks robotics or robotics-dev.  Without any knowledge
about these packages my first poor attempt is

but to make this somehow sensible it needs your educated input.

Could you please either commit directly to Git[1] in directories tasks
(every DD has commit permissions) or at least send me a `git format-patch`
to get sensible robotics tasks.
