ITP: Finite-element solver FeenoX

Dear all,

I have written a finite-element(ish) tool named FeenoX.
It has a webpage at https://www.seamplex.com/feenox
It is released under the terms of the GPLv3+.
It depends on libgsl (mandatory), libsundials (optional), libpetsc
(optional) and libslepc (optional).

For completeness, a previous version (named Fino) is the back end of
www.caeplex.com 

I would like to add a Debian package of FeenoX to the debian science
section of the official repositories. 

Is there anyeone willing to sponsor me?
