Bug#359335: ssh/openssh-server dependency problems prevent installation

After the changes of my previous message, and having restarted the
server already, I get
# /etc/init.d/ssh start; echo $?
Starting OpenBSD Secure Shell server: sshd1

Which probably doesn't prove much.  Note that the miscoding in the path
of pid file was specific to restart; start is fine.
