Bug#367878: scp: manpage does not tell about what -B is doing

hi,

scp(1) tells about -B in the SYNOPSIS section but does not include a
detailed description. Looking at the source it seems to be an alias for
"-oBatchmode yes". It would be nice to cover this within the manpage
aswell.
