We could - all of us - track down these spammers; look at all the
header fields and post a complaint to
"abuse@<wherever-the-mail-has-been>" (Not "debian.org", obviously....)

>From the headers of the original mail I would say we could start by
mailing to abuse@trafficwow.net and abuse@ugetmore4less.net

Even none of these is the origin, they are in some way or another
connected to the spammer (the spam has at least "been passing through"
them), and they should do something to close it down.
