kernel module budget-ci also for cable digital?

Good evening,

I tried the module budget-ci for watching TV and recording.

I have a Technotrend Budget DVB-C C-1500 Card. This is not for DVB-S or
DVB-T but for cable digital only.

Should the kernel module budget-ci work with this card too? Should I
file a bug?

When saying

vdir /dev/vi*

then comes only /dev/video0, that is the webcam working with module
uvcvideo. /dev/video1 does not exist.

System: Debian testing 4.1 lenny, AMD64, kernel 2.6.26-1-amd64.
