First of, any reason why you didn't send this to the bug report? It is
highly recommended to keep the bug report in the loop, such that others
can chime in too. Especially when the bug gets reassigned (which is
likely to happen, see below), they need the same information. I'm *not*
doing that now as you may have had your reasons, but if OK with you,
please send the message from you again to the bug number and reply to my
mail there too.

Do you mean by upgrade, which is in the last line of this file that I
make a mistake doing upgrade.
Because some of your .list files have "stable" as the suite name, you
may get upgrades to bullseye from those archives. I *very highly*
recommend to always use the (same) codename in all .list files to avoid
surprises.
At the moment I only wanted to upgrade the
libre office and I did not wanted to upgrade Debian to the new version
Debian 11.

However apt it seems to is working, but synaptic not.
There's no mentioning of stable-updates in any of these files. Can you
share the content of /etc/apt/preferences.d/* Also, if apt works, but
synaptic doesn't this feels like a bug in synaptic.
