Interesting you choose to file this bug against upgrade-reports. Am I
correct you did so because you upgraded from bullseye to testing?

It seems your problem is related to KDE, hence I reassign to the
kde-standard package in the hope the maintainers there can help you further.

Understandably, the question is supposed to have said "oldstable" or
"buster".
