It's there now: dists/stable/main/binary-powerpc/tex/hyperlatex_2.3.1-5.deb.
The same version is in woody. (I checked.)

I had problems when potato became stable, because my
/etc/apt/sources.list pointed to frozen rather than potato. I
also had some problems with the mirror I use not being quite up to
date, which meant that there were packages in the database that
weren't available for download yet. They showed up eventually.

In any case, zblaxell has a machine with one or more Pentium II or
III processors (or equivalent), so probably wasn't affected by
problems with the PowerPC mirrors. ;-)

hyperlatex is in the same place for binary-i386, at least on
ftp.debian.org. I can't speak for whatever mirror zblaxell is
using, however.
