Bug#79540: libkpathsea3: should provide tetex-lib

Severity-Reason: disturbs other packages (e.g. apt wants to remove them)

I think libkpathsea3 should provide tetex-lib since it is essentially
the same package. As it stands now, upgrading to libkpathsea3 removes
the old tetex-lib which in turn will break packages depending on it.

IMO these packages deserve a transition period to upgrade their
dependencies.
