textex-bin -- any chance to increase limits by default?

! TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [main memory size=263001].

Transcript written on libcbook.log.
/usr/bin/texi2dvi: pdftex exited with bad status, quitting.
/usr/bin/texi2dvi: see libcbook.log for errors.
is there any chance that future tetex-bin releases will have this
limited elevated to something larger?
