Bug#143751: PDF generation requires tetex-extra

Background: I've switched from regular DDD sources to CVS-based ones, and
updated the packaging to generate the manuals (written in texinfo). DDD had
the appropriate Build-Depends: tetex-bin, but generation of the manuals
failed on just about all buildds with weird errors with "texi2dvi --pdf";
see http://buildd.debian.org/build.php?&pkg=ddd for details. The problem is
reproducible with pbuilder, and goes away when tetex-extra is added to DDD's
build dependencies, so apparently some of tetex-bin's programs have
(undeclared) dependencies on tetex-extra; perhaps the files required to
generate PDFs need to be put in a package of their own?

Personally, I guess I'd favor a sort of modified form of medieval justice.
The idea is that you throw the lawyers for both parties into a pond. The
person whose lawyer sinks would be declared the winner.
