Bug#45930: tetex-extra: Cleanup /usr/share/texmf/web2c/*fmt missing

Andreas,

Is this still an issue?  It appears that installing tetex-extra
now rebuilds the format files (overwriting the old format files),
so it probably shouldn't be.

If possible, could you test the current tetex-extra and let me/us
know that we can close this bug or if we need to do some more work
to address it.
