Bug#180172: tetex-bin: xdvi doesn't work with perl 5.6.1 but no dependency on perl 5.8

There is no dependency on perl 5.8, but xdvi refuses to work with older
versions of perl:

~> xdvi
Perl v5.8.0 required--this is only v5.6.1, stopped at /usr/bin/xdvi line 26.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/xdvi line 26.

There should be a dependency that avoids breaking this package by upgrading it
while perl is on hold...
