What I didn't understand while reading through the bug is whether the
test document posted as "blatt7.tex" does show the bad behavior, or the
one that has been fixed in latex2html. And whether this behavior can be
seen even without using latex2html - this would be really good. If I add
a \pagestyle{empty} to blatt7.tex and produce an eps file with dvips -E,
I cannot see any problems.
