Which file do you mean? The only *tex file I found is far from minimal,
and it fails on a standard tetex installation - firstly because
moresize.sty cannot be found.

In order to be able to help you, we need a small file with as little
packages loaded as possible that still shows the error. If bibtex is
also needed, a one-entry bib file would be good.
