Bug#227301: Package count1to conflict with package hyperref

I found other LaTeX-package for same purpose: totpages . It works
just fine with hyperref. You must remember to load it after hyperref. In
other case it will fail. BTW its documentation explicitly says, it is
meant to work fine with hyperref.
I hereby suggest that totpages will be included to TeX-distribution
called teTeX.
