Thanks for your help, and your interest in internationalisation of
ConTeXt. There's one thing, however: It is unlikely that we will include
this in tetex-2.0.2 so shortly (I hope) before the freeze. The next
versions where we can safely include it will be tetex-3.0 (or
pre-releases of that). Therefore it would be better if you would provide
the changes as patches against the current beta version of tetex-3.0.

You can get the complete tarball on CTAN, but I can also send you the
individual files, if you prefer that - you won't be able to test the
changes then, however. I am currently working on getting usable Debian
packages of the beta, but I am not yet ready.
