Also possible. Any other votes, in fact it would make the script a bit
sipler.

Well, no. I do *not* check ATM. I unconditionally add this header. I
think we could write in the policy that tif you use dh_installtexfonts,
you do not have to care for the strange things, only prepare your cfg
file how you like it, without any special header.

But ok, I will make a grep after the MagicComment and if it is there, I
will skip the adding of the heder completely.
