This bug is nearly 4 years old. The package is still not on CTAN,
hence it won't go into TeX Live. I'm reassigning this bug now to
texlive-fonts-extra and tag it wontfix.
Kilian, if you're still interested in having this package in Debian,
please convince the author to upload it to CTAN: it will be included
in TL by itself.
